Meet the creator

My path to movement wasn't a straight line.

For most of my life, curiosity has been my compass.

I've lived and worked in different parts of the world, exploring everything from scuba diving, photography, travel content creation to martial arts, dance, yoga, Tai Chi, and movement education.

What began as curiosity slowly became a lifelong study of movement.

Along the way, I noticed something interesting.

Different disciplines often looked very different on the surface, yet many of them shared the same underlying principles: awareness, coordination, balance, rhythm, relaxation, and efficient movement.

The more I explored, the more I became interested in what connects movement systems rather than what separates them.

Dragon Wings grew out of that exploration

It combines lessons and influences gathered over years of practice, study, teaching, and experimentation.

Not as a collection of techniques.

But as a simple movement practice designed to help people move with greater freedom, ease, and connection.

My goal isn't to help you achieve perfect movement.

It's to help you feel more at home in your own body.

Open your wings.
