Dragon Wings isn’t built around stretching, exercises, or endless repetitions.

Using spinal movements, spirals, arm swings, rhythm, and integrated movement patterns, you’ll gradually restore freedom to the neck, shoulders, spine, and upper body while developing coordination, awareness, and confidence in movement.

What’s inside the Dragon Wings course?
15 full-length follow-along sessions organized into 6 progressive layers.
The first 5 layers are the Learning Phase, where you’ll gradually build healthier shoulders, a freer spine, better posture, improved coordination, and more confidence in movement.
Each session averages around 15 minutes and blends instruction with practice, so you’re learning and moving at the same time.
The final layer is the Integration Phase and includes 3 follow-along practices with minimal instruction, allowing you to move more freely, enjoy the flow, and maintain everything you’ve built.
