Dragon Wings is for you

If your upper body is asking for more freedom

Your upper body wants more room to move. You can feel it in the way you sit, reach, breathe. You know something is being held back — you’re just not sure where to start.

If you’re ready for something more alive

You’re done with machines, isolated exercises, and mechanical movement. Honestly, me too. You want movement that feels more natural, more playful, more stimulating. Something that challenges your body and mind at the same time.

If you want more than upright shape

You want more room through your shoulders and spine. But you also want better coordination, body awareness, balance, and movement confidence. You want to move as one connected system.

If you want to feel lighter and more energized

You want movement that gives you energy, not drains you. That’s important for me. You enjoy learning, exploring, and discovering what your body is capable of.

Then Dragon Wings is for you.

A personal note for you

I’ve spent years exploring movement in many different forms and traditions.

Dragon Wings grew out of that exploration.

It’s a collection of the ideas, principles, and practices that keep showing up in my practice because they feel good and make movement more enjoyable.

The Dragon Wings method

Dragon Wings isn’t built around stretching, exercises, or endless repetitions.

It’s built around movement.

Using movement through the spine, spirals, arm swings, rhythm, and integrated movement patterns, you’ll gradually explore mobility through the shoulders, upper back, and spine while developing coordination, awareness, and confidence in movement.

A key part of the practice is learning to move with more ease. The work is aimed at more freedom and movement that feels lighter, smoother, and more natural.

The movement behind Dragon Wings

Dragon Wings isn’t just the name of the course.

It’s also the signature movement you’ll learn throughout the program.

This flowing movement combines shoulder mobility, movement through the spine, coordination, rhythm, spirals, and full-body integration into one practice.

Rather than jumping straight into the movement, the course prepares your body step by step.

By the time you reach the Dragon Wings layer, you’ll have developed the mobility, awareness, and coordination needed to learn it gradually and confidently.
