This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted for Dragon Wings, a digital course delivered through Kajabi.

Digital Course Access

Dragon Wings is a digital product. After successful payment, access instructions are sent by email and the course is delivered online through Kajabi.

Refunds are handled according to the guarantee below.

10-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Dragon Wings includes a 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You may request a full refund within 10 calendar days of purchase.

A valid request is one submitted by the original purchaser within the 10-day period and includes enough information for us to identify the purchase. Course access or course consumption does not reduce your eligibility during this period.

Valid requests received within the guarantee period will be approved for a full refund.

Requests received after the 10-day period are not eligible for a refund.

If you experience a technical issue, please contact us at lola@agniflower.com with details of the issue.

We may ask you to provide screenshots, browser/device information, error messages, or other details so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email lola@agniflower.com with:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used for purchase
  • Order ID, receipt, or transaction reference
  • Purchase date
  • A brief reason for the request, for feedback only

We will review your request and aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, the full refund will be returned to the original payment method through Dodo Payments or our authorized payment processor.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days, but the time it takes for funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider, bank, card network, or local payment method.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

Unfounded or abusive chargebacks may result in termination of course access and may affect your eligibility for future purchases.
